YANNI: A Magician of Symphony!

The affair started when I first heard him at my friend's place. The song was " The Rain must Fall"

Since then, I have rarely missed a day without listening to his enchanting melodies. 

Of course, I am not here to tell his story ( In Wikipedia, we trust !!). It doesn't need me to tell his greatness as a musician! The point I am trying to make here is, you haven't heard him yet? OMG!! Then you have no right to say that, you don't have happiness and pleasure in your life. Boy, go and get your copy of " Yanni- Live at Acropolis" and get pulled in to the realm of his divine melodies!

       

Listening and watching to his live performances is a treat in itself ( Thanx Youtube!!), but the studio albums are equally awesome in all ways.

You simply cannot forget those keyboard or piano tunes, accompanied by greatest violins, drums, flutes, harps and what not! You are left speechless when you see Karren or Mary Simpson play that violin as if they have invented it....when piano surrenders itself to Yanni, and yes...how can I miss that silky and divine voice of Chloe!!

When all these angels of God create a world of music in front of some  exotic places on earth like Taj Mahal, or in the Forbidden city or in the Acropolis, it is an experience of lifetime! 

Listening to the oriental flute in the song Nightingale, that too sitting in Forbidden City (Beijing) under full moon and those magical stars....and your eyes are not wet, then probably you are not a human being!

The beach of Acapulco (Mexico)...Yanni on acoustic piano and then enters Chloe like an angel, with her divine beauty and divine voice...that runs over your mind as a feather and touches your soul....living you totally hypnotized..the song is Kill me with your love! 

Yanni's first concert..in his homeland..Greece..place? the amphitheater of Acropolis..Karren on Violin and the melody is Swept Away! If you haven't seen it or heard it...then..you are missing something!
